Training Content is exactly what the word stands for, content that has been written for the purpose of training somebody.
What format does it come in?
Training content comes in several formats, it can be as simple as a word document, that you use as a script or guideline to train a team. It can also come in the form of a powerpoint presentation, that is used as a visual guide to train an entire group. Or the more advanced version is the online learning. Online learning is recorded, but interactive training, that is done by the learner at their own pace using a computer or tablet or any mobile device.
