ITM Tourism Management Institute is using Online Learning to teach Customer Service Standards
The ITM, International College for Tourism Management, is using TraLib online learning courses to teach students the art and skill of customer service.
"The courses are practical and fit our aim to support students in their quest to get solid practical knowledge about the industry" says Claudia Rothwangl, Director of Studies. The Online course content was produced by TraLib with the feedback of students and lectures from a wide source of industries.
